Nineteen Danube projects are currently under construction, with stated handovers running from late 2026 through to 2029. Every one of them is sold on a monthly instalment plan, which is how this developer sells and the main reason buyers look at it: instead of large sums at fixed construction milestones, you pay a fixed monthly percentage of the purchase price. The developer applies three different rates across the range, and the difference between the lowest and the highest is roughly fourfold in monthly cost.

Two things matter more than the buildings themselves when comparing off-plan projects. The first is the handover date, because a 2029 completion is a far longer commitment than a 2026 one and carries more that can change in between. The second is the written payment schedule for the specific unit, which sets out the booking deposit and how instalments fall either side of handover. Neither is captured by a headline monthly percentage.
